Best solder points for Gameboy Pocket backlight
Just incase anyone is confused as to where to solder their Gameboy Pocket backlight (I know there are tutorials and videos out there that tell you to use the +3v from the audio circuit)
Don't use the +3v from the audio circuit as this will make your backlight flicker as it struggles to fight the speaker for 3v.
Use the +5v from the cartridge connector along with a 100 Ohm resistor to bring it down to 3v. See this image:
